Course Description

This course is an introduction to ideas, methods, and problems in Artificial Intelligence from a computer science perspective. Its emphasis is on programming techniques for problems not amenable to algorithmic solutions: formulating the problem, searching for possible solutions, applying logic and knowledge representation, and learning from examples or reinforcement.
